- We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of order for unused products in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded after inspection. Please contact us immediately to report a defective or damaged product.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Purchases made with discount codes or special offers will be refunded at the price paid.
- Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. Payments made by cheque or bank transfer will be refunded by cheque.
